Fall 2011/2012 Registration
DOWNLOADABLE FORMS:
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month, (a late fee of $10.00 is automatically applied after the 10th of the month). Some months have 5 weeks, some 3; however, tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments plus the following:
Payment #1 + Registration
Payment #2 {September}
Payment #3 + Costume Deposit {October}
Payment #4 {November}
Payment #5 {December}
Payment #6 {January}
Payment #7 + Costume Balance {February}
Payment #8 + Pre-exam Classes (if applicable) {March}
Payment #9 + Exam Registration Fee (if applicable) {April}
Payment #10 + Production Fee {May}
Unless special circumstances exist, if you miss a full month, your monthly tuition is still due, (as tuition is for the year’s course.) Missed classes can be made up during the semester.
** PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO PICK UP YOUR ALREADY MADE COUPON BOOK IN THE STUDIO OFFICE. A $5.00 fee is applied to payments submitted without a completed coupon.
